The Movement

Why KNOW?

I created KNOW because I believe with everything in me that your mental health is the foundation of your life.

Every experience—every trauma, every loss, every moment of self-doubt—shapes how we move through the world. And for me, those experiences run deep.

Mental health has impacted my life in many ways—through my own struggles, through the experiences of those I love, and through the painful realities I’ve witnessed. I’ve seen firsthand how battles with mental illness and addiction can affect individuals and entire families.

These struggles often go unseen, unspoken—but they are real, and they leave lasting wounds.

I am a former teacher, and I know how much young people, especially, are carrying. One of my former students died by suicide, and that loss shook me to my core. It was another devastating reminder of how heavy life can feel and how much people carry in silence.

And then, there’s motherhood. Motherhood has been one of the hardest mental challenges I’ve ever faced. The exhaustion, the pressure, the self-doubt—it’s relentless. Some days, it feels like I’m barely keeping my head above water. But more than anything, I want other women to know: you are not alone.

KNOW is about all of this. It’s about breaking cycles, fighting the stigma, and creating a space where people feel truly seen. It’s about the truth that we all fail, that we are not meant to be perfect, but that we can choose to show up anyway.

Every day, I choose to fight for my peace, to be the best mom I can be no matter how exhausted I am, to stay committed to my marriage no matter how hard things get.

Healing is a choice. Breaking cycles is a choice.

And KNOW exists to remind us that even on the hardest days, we are worthy of that fight.

KNOW isn’t just a clothing brand. It’s a movement. A movement for every person who has ever felt lost, overwhelmed, or like they were fighting battles no one could see.

You are strong. You are worthy. And you are never alone.

Meet The Models

Real women.

Real stories.

These are the faces behind the movement—bravely choosing to be seen, heard, and known.

"I want other moms to know they’re not alone in the darkness."

Amanda

After facing postpartum depression and anxiety, Amanda is now a mom of two, navigating motherhood with more grace and truth. She chose to model for KNOW to create space for real conversations around maternal mental health and to help her daughters grow up knowing their worth.

"If my story helps even one mom feel less alone, it’s worth it."

Haley

From the outside, Haley’s life looked picture-perfect—but she was silently battling addiction. Today, she’s a mom in recovery, raising two boys with honesty and strength. Haley modeled for KNOW because healing deserves to be seen, and vulnerability has the power to bring hope.

“ALL THE FEELINGS HAPPEN, ALL THE TIME—AND I’M PROUD TO TALK ABOUT THEM.”

Erika

Entrepreneurship can feel like a roller coaster—high highs, hard lows, and a lot of loneliness in between. Erika has lived it and now supports women juggling businesses, families, and everything in between. She modeled for KNOW to help make mental health a normal, everyday conversation—because no one should feel like they have to carry it alone.

"I want to be a guiding light for other women walking through abuse, depression, and loss."

Jen

Through years of abuse, miscarriage, divorce, and depression, Jen leaned into faith and therapy to find healing. For her, self-love is about embracing how God intentionally created her. She joined KNOW to share her truth and encourage others to find beauty in their own.

"I believe in the power of growth and healing. We’re not meant to do this alone."

Kaylee

Living with anxiety and depression has taught Kaylee the importance of self-compassion. She joined KNOW to remind others that they’re not alone, and that healing happens both inwardly and in community. Her story is one of quiet strength and ongoing transformation.

"I spent years hurting myself because I didn’t know how to ask for help. Now I’m learning how to love the parts of me I used to hide."

Kenji

Diagnosed with autism at 22 and OCD at 24, Kenji’s story is one of unlearning shame and embracing self-love. She joined KNOW to speak up for those who are still trying to make sense of their struggles. She believes early mental health support and open conversation can save lives.

"Mental health is a major issue among my generation. Too many people suffer in silence."

Shermija

After losing her close friend Jakalyn to suicide, Shermija’s perspective shifted forever. Jakalyn’s final words—“Thank you for being there for me”—are etched into her heart. She joined KNOW to honor her friend and advocate for mental health awareness, especially among young people.

“I THINK IT’S IMPORTANT TO LISTEN TO YOUR KIDS AND TELL THEM IT’S OKAY TO HAVE BIG FEELINGS AND IT’S OKAY TO EXPRESS THEM.”

Clare

Clare joined KNOW to speak up for a generation often misunderstood. As a teen, she’s seen how social media and impossible beauty standards impact mental health. She believes it’s time to stop brushing off teens’ struggles and start listening. Clare models for KNOW to remind others that feelings are valid—and expressing them is brave.

Your Story Matters, too.

Feeling seen? This movement is for all of us.

If you’d like to share your own story, we’d love to hear it.
